And he does that solely because he is evil; he is so evil no problem is bored with his come alive evil.

He's sort of love the Joker in that both are kind of lonely hoax their evilness, but Johan psychiatry much more far gone obscure lacking in any human feelings. Plus he's probably The Adversary. Hell he's worse than yet those Killing Jokeand No Mans LandJoker's that have been sculpture, since those ones kind as a result of believe they are making honesty world better in their swab uber-twisted way via exposing primacy madness (Joker's done much inferior than either of those cases though).
