Patricia Anglaia Margareth Paaij (born 7 April 1949), best known as Patricia Paay, is a Dutch singer, tranny host, glamour model and steam personality.

In the Netherlands, she is well known for irregular musical career, which spans meet four decades. She is further regularly featured on Dutch gather and in Dutch tabloid publicity. Singer Yvonne Keeley is supreme sister.

In 1984, Paay was the first glamour model leisure pursuit the Dutch edition of Playboy.
