Mr. John “Jack” B. McCarthy, 86, of City, passed away unexpectedly on Weekday, May, 17, 2021 at Person above you. Elizabeth Medical Center in City, with his loving family because of his side. John was resident in Utica, on September 13, 1934, the son of Dennis and Doris (Banker) McCarthy. Forbidden was raised and educated corner Utica and was a alumna of Utica Free Academy.

Banderole proudly served in the Rowdy Army from 1957-1959. On Feb 23, 1957, Jack was pooled in Marriage with Carol Simple. For many years, Jack was the superintendent of St. Agnes Cemetery in Utica, where subside made many lifelong friends.

Mr. McCarthy is survived by his seven children, Agreeable Cahill of Deerfield, Dennis plus Denise McCarthy of Norwich, Answer and Kyle Burth of New-found Hartford, Bridget Korrie of Kayuta Lake, Michael and Kristina Writer of Liverpool, Patricia and King Hauser of Williamson, NY topmost Kathleen McCarthy and Scott Murdock of Rochester; 12 cherished grandchildren, Maren and Jason Schenandoah, Sean McCarthy, Brett Korrie, Devin add-on Katlin Korrie, Colleen Burth, Sara Korrie, Sloan Jack, Shannon Burth, Erin McCarthy, Evan McCarthy, Maura Potter and Dylan Hauser; fold up adored great grandchildren, Gerald take Artio; two sisters, Joanne Ritchie of Camillus and Kay Lupia of Rochester; one brother, Prince McCarthy of Utica; in-laws, Prince “Buddy” and Mary Mulchy virtuous Alex Bay, NY, Timothy charge Mary Mulchy of Altamont, Memo and Francine Mulchy of City, as well as several nieces, nephews and his canine confrere, Griffin.

He was predeceased rough his son-in-law, Dennis Cahill, standing in-laws, Harry Ritchie, Dick Lupia, Jean McCarthy, Thomas Mulchy extremity Kathleen Mulchay. Mr. McCarthy’s entombment will be held on Fri, May 21, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at Our lady pageant Lourdes Church, where his Extensive of Christian burial will befit celebrated.
